July 22, 2010In our office, my colleagues are planning to have a Party at our boss condominium. Then some of them are planning to bring some liquors and beers, foods and even Gifts. I really don’t have any idea of what’s the occasion, so I asked Ben, who sat beside my cubicle on what is the occasion, and he told me that I was being promoted. I know it was really a joke, but after lunch, my boss called my attention and told me the good news, but he also added that there is a little bad news, because I will be assigned in the province, and hopefully tonight my will allow me to take the promotion.

August 18, 2009While watching an afternoon news, I saw my childhood friend who’s now a jail guard, being interviewed, he just witnessed a gang war as he rode his motorcycle on his way home, he was also being hit with a bullet on the right leg by a 38 caliber pistol, he is thankful of his fellow policeman who responded quickly on the incident. When I called him on that very day, he just said “My wound is far from from my intestine, nothing to worry my friend, thanks for calling…”
