You just have to spray it in your mouth, no pills or needles required, it absorbs directly into your blood stream, while supplements must go through your digestive system and broken down to your stomach acid, making it less effective. Then I tried to talk to my cousin in Florida because it is one of his major problems to her youngest daughter now at the age of 10 but still very petite, hope this suggestion of mine will work and make his worries free about the growth of his daughter “RADHIKA.”
