Thank God I don’t have Insomnia
May 31, 2010My cousin Lee, worked from Japan came home to the Philippines last month, almost everyday, I saw him in a drugstore buying some medicine. One day, coincidentally we’re together in the same drugstore, I asked him what’s he buying, he then told me that since he arrived in the Philippines he’s having some trouble sleeping, a doctor prescribed sleep-pills makes him comfortable not just in sleeping, it also fights his stress and anxiety, and for almost 4 months he is a pill dependent. I am very thankful that I don’t have any insomnia.
