Annual reunion at the beach

Our clan will have a beach reunion every year it always falls on the 1st of January. But this year 2009, all the kids didn’t really enjoyed the beach because a typhoon tries to hit our country. Everybody feels the coldness of the wind and the waves were very huge, almost everybody is staying at the shore because of the giant waves. At around 5:00 pm we just decided to go home because the sun did not show up, I just told my children that hopefully next year there will be no typhoon so that everybody could enjoy the beach.
